Choose Lossless for exact decoded-pixel and dimension checks. Balanced and Smallest file can use encodings that change detail; a TIFF container does not guarantee pixel preservation.

- Lossless
- Preserves decoded pixels and dimensions. JPEG and GIF remain unchanged. Other formats are rewritten only when exact checks pass; otherwise TinyImage keeps the original.
- Smallest file
- Tries more encodings and may reduce quality further. It can take longer. Compare the result before replacing your source.
Smart resize is optional and can reduce dimensions. Lossless keeps original dimensions. If a suitable compressed file is not smaller, TinyImage returns the original.
