Who We Are

Use of the Service

TinyImage provides browser and server-assisted image tools, PDF conversion workflows, account features, and API access. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the platform or other users.

Your Files

You retain ownership of files you upload and files generated from them. Some tools run in the browser, while server-powered workflows may temporarily store files so processing and downloads can complete.

By uploading files or submitting image URLs to TinyImage, you grant Glaxosoft LLC a limited permission to access, process, convert, optimize, analyze, store temporarily, and deliver those files only as needed to provide and improve the service, troubleshoot issues, enforce these terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Temporary Storage and Access

When server processing or downloads require storage, files are kept temporarily and automatically deleted after 24 hours. A specific file may be retained beyond that period only when preservation is required by law or is necessary to investigate a documented security, fraud, or abuse incident. Any preserved copy is access-restricted and deleted when the legal hold ends or the investigation and any resulting claim are resolved. Uploaded and generated media is excluded from routine backups and is not retained merely for a billing dispute, chargeback, or support request. A chargeback or active dispute extends media retention only if the specific media independently meets the legal, security, fraud, or abuse hold criteria stated above. Access to stored files is provided through signed or scoped download links rather than public listing.

Accounts, Plans, and API Access

Some features, including paid plans, API keys, and higher usage limits, require an account and may require billing through Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate laws, abuse system capacity, bypass quotas or billing controls, interfere with other users, or upload or generate content you do not have the right to process.

You may not upload, process, or distribute files that are illegal, infringing, abusive, exploitative, malicious, privacy-violating, or designed to contain malware, hidden tracking, credential theft, or other harmful code.

API Terms

If you use TinyImage API access, you are responsible for keeping API keys secure and for all requests made using your keys. You may not share keys publicly, bypass rate limits, overload the service, resell API access without permission, or use automated traffic in a way that harms TinyImage or other users.

We may throttle, suspend, rotate, or revoke API keys if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, or use that violates these terms.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or limit parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim for reliable service, but uptime, processing speed, and feature availability are not guaranteed.

Account and Billing

Subscription changes, cancellation, payment methods, invoices, and billing history are managed through your account settings or the Stripe Billing Portal.

Subscriptions

Some parts of TinyImage are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring billing cycle, which may be monthly or annual depending on the plan you choose when purchasing a subscription.

At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Glaxosoft LLC cancels it. You may cancel renewal through your online account management page or by contacting Glaxosoft LLC customer support.

A valid payment method, including a credit card or another supported payment method, is required to process subscription payments. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment information. By submitting payment information, you authorize Glaxosoft LLC and its payment processors to charge subscription fees incurred through your account to your selected payment method.

If automatic billing fails for any reason, Glaxosoft LLC may issue an electronic invoice or request that you complete payment manually within the deadline stated on the invoice or payment notice.

Fee Changes

Glaxosoft LLC may modify subscription fees for TinyImage at its discretion. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

Glaxosoft LLC will provide reasonable prior notice of any subscription fee change so you have an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the change becomes effective. Your continued use of TinyImage after the fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated subscription fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access to paid TinyImage features will generally continue until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a subscription if there is a breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or non-payment. Where appropriate, we will provide prior notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before cancellation.

All subscriptions are billed in advance. We generally do not offer refunds for the remaining period of a billing cycle after cancellation.

Refund requests based on exceptional circumstances, such as significant technical issues caused by TinyImage, duplicate billing, or other account-specific concerns, may be considered case by case. Please contact support so we can review your situation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the subscription. The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

If you change to a different subscription plan, the change will take effect according to the plan-change flow shown at checkout or in your account settings, which may be at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

TinyImage, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, website content, and service materials, is owned by Glaxosoft LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any TinyImage intellectual property rights to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to TinyImage if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational concerns.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TinyImage is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every file can be processed successfully. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important files.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glaxosoft LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of TinyImage.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will update the date shown above. For material changes, we will provide advance notice through the email address associated with your account, an account notice, or a prominent in-product banner. Updated terms become effective on the date stated at the top of this page or on a later date identified in the notice. Your continued use of TinyImage after the updated terms become effective means you accept them.
